These frames are part of an ongoing exploratory practice for Fictional/Fantasy UI (FUI) design. I've always been inspired by all the FUI designs that I see in the movies and tv shows. This gave me the idea to learn something new and design my own fictions UI.

I usually give myself a couple of hours to complete one design so that I wouldn't get too stuck on being pixel perfect. This gave me a chance to work more efficiently instead of working on all the small details. I would first layout the flat design in Illustrator and then bring it into After Effects to put the finishing touches on it.
